How do I get started with MailProof?
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account, verify your email, and follow our quick setup guide. You can import your mailing lists, create your first campaign, and start sending verified mail in minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing options with net-30 terms.
How does address verification work?
Our verification system checks addresses against USPS, Canada Post, and international postal databases to confirm deliverability. We verify address format, check if the address exists, and confirm it's an active delivery point.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
