Our Origin Story

FixTraq was born from my experience at a large organization that performed hundreds of inspections monthly across different domains. I saw firsthand how inspections were completed diligently, but there was no clear follow-up workflow and no centralized system to track resolutions. The disconnect between identifying issues and verifying fixes created a dangerous accountability gap. I developed a system where anyone could report a fix without needing an account, removing barriers and creating a simple, unified platform where everything could be tracked in one place.
